- Read thick fat books, read the classics, read the censored, the forbidden.
- Drink a lot of tea, Earl Grey, Silver Needles, matcha, hochicha, genmaicha.
- Look out the window, watch the clouds float by, daydream.
- Grow flowers, feed birds, touch grass, hug a tree.
- Write, poems, thoughts, lists, random scribbles.
- Sing aloud.
- Dance to my favourite songs.
- Doodle on the margin.
- Paint the daily sparkles that light up my heart.
- Fall in love with life.
