  • Read thick fat books, read the classics, read the censored, the forbidden.
  • Drink a lot of tea, Earl Grey, Silver Needles, matcha, hochicha, genmaicha.
  • Look out the window, watch the clouds float by, daydream.
  • Grow flowers, feed birds, touch grass, hug a tree.
  • Write, poems, thoughts, lists, random scribbles.
  • Sing aloud.
  • Dance to my favourite songs.
  • Doodle on the margin.
  • Paint the daily sparkles that light up my heart.
  • Fall in love with life.
    again,
    and again,
    and again!
